Eclipse
This is video footage of an eclipse I shot in real time
and time remapped from an hour or so into about 12 seconds. I did
not
film the second
half of the eclipse, so instead I flopped the image and time remapped
again making it play in reverse to obtain the full appearance of
an eclipse. Also making it so that it loops back and fourth. It
was very difficult keeping the camera still as the moon was moving
through
the western
sky,
therefore
I also
spent
several hours of motion stabilization and keyframing and also keying
out the dark sky making the final result an image of an eclipse
that had a transperant background as seen in my flash portion of
this website.
Traffic
This is an hour long video time lapsed into less then one minute. However this
particular image is a .gif so it is only about 12 seconds long and it loops.
Using the pen tool in After Effects I created a map and used different background
footage of clouds in time lapse.
Cycle of Birth and Death
This is an old Painting by Samara. I used Photoshop to reduce the frames and
background to layers. The final After Effects Composition consists of over 70
layers.
